Effects of notoginsenoside Ft1 on thrombogenesis and bleeding time in vivo. Rats were administered, i.v., Ft1 (1.25 mg·kg−1) or CIH (13.4 mg·kg−1) for 5 min followed by in vivo platelet aggregation assay or bleeding assay. Control rats were injected i.v. with 0.5% CMC saline only. The weight of thrombus formed in the catheter was used as an indication of thrombogenesis.
