Bicarbonate organication. DU145 were cultured in DME supplemented with 25 mM hepes, 10 mM sodium bicarbonate, 20 μM sodium bicarbonate [14C] and 10% fetal bovine serum at pH 8.0 for 24, 48 and 72 hours. The data show the CPM (counts per minute) value normalized on the protein concentration of each sample, calculated on an average of three experiments.
