(A) Preoperative plain film showing a permeative osteolytic lesion and cortical disruption with laminated periosteal reaction. (B) Plain film taken one month after debridement surgery, showing a pathological fracture with severe periosteal reaction and cortex thinning. (C) Two years after open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) and multiple debridement surgeries: antibiotic impregnated-bone cement at medial cortex and bony union without recurrent signs.
