14-3-3θ is involved in the exit of Cx43 from the Golgi. MLO-Y4 cells treated with 14-3-3θ siRNA or transfection reagent (vehicle) were dual-immunostained with anti-Cx43 and 58K Golgi marker antibodies, followed by FITC and Rhodamine-conjugated secondary antibodies, respectively. The nuclei were stained with DAPI. The colocalization is shown in the merged images. Scale bar: 10 µm.
