Attentional set-shifting is impaired. (a) All mice were trained on a naturalistic foraging task and the difference in trials needed to reach criterion to complete the extradimensional shift compared to the intradimensional shift was calculated as the shiftcost. Comparisons of the shift-cost for each group demonstrates significant shift-cost for WT mice, the other genotypes are significantly different from WT, as shown by the asterisks (two-way ANOVA, p < 0.05).
