Measurement of ATP before and during the tissue stretch. (A) Change of bath ATP concentration from the baseline evoked by subcutaneous tissue stretch. Bath solution was collected during 10 min before the onset of the stretch as the baseline sample (−10~0 min). The tissue was stretched at time 0 and incubated for 60 min (n=10; **p<0.01 compared to “−10~0 min baseline”; one way repeated measures ANOVA with Bonferroni’s test).
