Columns 2, 3, PLA with DNA labeled with EdU for 5 and 10 min. Columns 4, 5, DNA was pulse labeled with EdU for 10 min and chased for 1 and 2 hr. PLA signals are in red. PLA signals from the same images are shown in the middle panels. DAPI staining of DNA of the same images are shown in the bottom rows. The results are from three independent experiments.
