Mild chronic colitis and juvenile polyp with adenomatous changes in Patient 1 with JP/HHT: A. Mixed inflammatory infiltrate in the lamina propria, focally invading the glandular epithelium (arrow). Mild architectural distortion, tortuosity of the glands was present. B.
