BcPG3 forms a complex with RBPG1 and its homologs in N. benthamiana. Coimmunoprecipitation (Co-IP) of BcPG3 and RBPG1 or EFR is shown. Total proteins expressed in N. benthamiana leaves were subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with GFP Trap beads followed by immunoblot analysis with anti-myc antibodies to detect BcPG3-myc and RBPG1-myc as well as anti-GFP antibodies to detect RBPG1-GFP, EFR-GFP, and BcPG3-GFP. All experiments were repeated at least three times with similar results.
