RLP39 and rbpg1-2 interact with BcPG3 and SOBIR1 in N. benthamiana. Coimmunoprecipitation (Co-IP) of RLP39 or rbpg1-2 with BcPG3 (A) and with SOBIR1 (B) is shown. Total proteins expressed in N. benthamiana leaves were subjected to immunoprecipitation (IP) with GFP Trap beads, followed by immunoblot analysis with anti-myc antibodies to detect BcPG3-myc, RLP39-myc, and rbpg1-2-myc as well as with anti-GFP antibodies to detect SOBIR1-GFP, RLP39-GFP, and rbpg1-2-GFP. The black arrow indicates the full-length SOBIR1-GFP protein, and the other bands are unspecific products. All experiments were repeated at least three times with similar results.
