In the “other” racial/ethnic minority group, best friend’s deviance is more strongly associated with relational (A) and nonphysical (B) aggression among early-maturing girls; these differences persist from age 11 to age 16 years. For both types of aggression, 0 indicates sample mean at age 11; all values are expressed as SDs from this mean. Best friend’s high/low deviance is 1 SD above/below the mean. Values are estimated from models using all girls in the “other” racial/ethnic minority group (n = 160).
