Coimmunoprecipitation analysis of Yap1p with Ybp1p and Ybh1p. Whole-cell protein extracts were produced from three different strains: wild-type (wt) cells and wild-type cells expressing 3× HA-tagged forms of Ybp1p (Ybp1p-3X HA) or Ybh1p (Ybh1p-3X HA). Extracts were prepared from cells grown in the presence (+) or absence (−) of H₂O₂ and then subjected to immunoprecipitation with a rabbit polyclonal antiserum against Yap1p. The resulting immunoprecipitates were then resolved by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by Western blotting with anti-HA antibody.
