A. Methylene blue staining for detection of cell morphology after 5-FU treatment. B. Actin cytoskeleton staining of treated cells using anti β-actin antibody. The morphological pictures showed the presence of elongated and mesenchymal cells in U87-MCSF cells treated with 25 µM 5-FU but not in U87MG cells treated with 25 µM 5-FU. Upon 50 µM 5-FU treatment, elongated cells were seen in both treated U87MG and treated U87-MCSF cells. Scale bar: 50 µm.
