At 6 d of MC3T3-E1 culture, the cells were attached, exhibiting polygonal shapes on HA (E) and HA-col (F). At 10 d after ADSC seeding, the SEM images showed that cells were well attached on the surfaces of HA (H) and HA-col (I) with filopodia. Bioceramic: CMP, HA and HA-col. Scale Bar: 20 mm.
