Proteins belonging to the categories (i) cell stress and (ii) inflammation and survival related proteins that showed altered expression (≥ 3-fold change) on treatment with rhSP-D (10µg/ml) in AML14.3D10 cells ( n=3). Spot number relates to the protein spots marked on the 2-DE gel images of proteins extracted from rhSP-D treated and untreated AML14.3D10 cells (Figure 3).
