Whole-cell lysates (WCL) were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-myc antibodies, subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-V5 antibodies (left top panel) or anti-myc antibodies (left bottom panel). Protein expression levels were assayed by anti-V5 immunoblotting (right panel). Overexposure of the anti-V5 immunoblot is shown for lane 1 (lane 1′) and lanes 4 and 5 (lanes 4′ and 5′).
