Analysis of transcripts encoding plastid NDH subunits in wild-type (Col-0) and mutant (pam68l-1) plants. Aliquots (20 µg) of total leaf RNA from 4-week-old plants were fractionated by denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis, blotted onto membrane, and hybridized with probes specific for the transcripts indicated on the left. Methylene blue (M.B.) staining of the membrane is shown as control.
