Binding of IAA and OxIAA to TIR1/IAAs in Pull-Down Assays.
Pull-down experiments were performed using in vitro–translated TIR1-Myc and recombinant GST-IAA3 (A), GST-IAA6 (B), and GST-IAA7 (C) proteins. Ponceau S dye was used for protein detection. Reactions were incubated for 60 min in the presence or absence of 50, 100, or 1000 μM IAA or oxIAA.
