Immune responses in pkMSP-1₄₂-immunized mice. (A) IgM and IgG levels in pkMSP-1₄₂-immunized mice. Both IgM and IgG were detected at day 7 post-immunization and the levels increased throughout the whole immunization period. (B) IgG isotype-specific antibody levels. The IgG isotype distribution in pkMSP-1₄₂-immunized mice was IgG1 > IgG2b > IgG3 > IgG2a.
