Absolute number of B cells from bone marrow after the induction of hyperprolactinaemia. Nine-week-old mice were treated with metoclopramide (200 μg/100 μL) to induce hyperprolactinaemia (HyperPRL) or PBS (100 μL) for 6 weeks, with eight mice per condition.
