(B) The ECs in the pre-implanted human AVM “nidus” were positive for VEGFR-2. (C) The ECs of arteries and veins in pre-implanted human AVM specimens were positive for VEGFR-2. (D) Unaffected mouse skin and subcutaneous tissues were negative for VEGFR-2.
