Stable knockdown of LAMC2 in HTH83 cells inhibited tumor growth in a nude murine model. HTH83 cell (2 × 10⁶) stably transfected with either SCR shRNA or LAMC2 shRNA were injected sc into the right and left flanks, respectively, of 5-week-old female nude mice in matrigel [total volume 200 μL (100 μl matrigel and 100 μL medium)], and the animals were subsequently monitored for tumor growth.
