[³H]N-α-methylhistamine (4 nM) was incubated with hypothalamus and brainstem homogenates (250 μg protein) in the same autoradiography binding buffer for each group of cats. The [³H]N-α-methylhistamine binding is expressed in fmol/mg of protein.
