(A–C) cdc34-2 (A28466) and cd28-as1 (A27149) were treated with CDK inhibitor (5 µM) and shifted to 37°C for 2.5 hr so that Sfp1 -GFP localization could be determined. Averaged data from at least three independent experiments are plotted in (C) (± standard deviation, n > 100).

(D) cdc34-2 (A27195) and cdc34-2 cdc28-as1 (A27196) cells were treated with CDK inhibitor and shifted to 37°C as in (A), and Sch9 mobility was analyzed.
