SAP transgenic mice develop passive EAE distinguishable from C57BL/6 wild type mice. Encephalitogenic cells prepared from wild type and SAP Tg mice were injected into sublethally irradiated wild type mice. Average disease scores (A) and average weight change (B) assessed daily following immunization with Encephalitogenic cells are shown. Encephalitogenic cells prepared from wild type were injected into sublethally irradiated SAP Tg mice and wild type mice.
