NAC plus copper enhances intracellular ROS level. A2780 cells were loaded with a carboxy-H₂DCFDA indicator (final concentration: 25 µM) and treated with 20 µM CuCl₂ or 2 mM NAC alone or in combination for 30 min. Images were captured under the Leica TCS NT Confocal Microscope using 63× Plan APO 1.2 NA (excitation/emission at 495/529 nm). Shown are representative images from two experiments.
