N. benthamiana leaves were infiltrated with water (Control) or with A. tumefaciens bearing EV or OE398 plasmids and miR398b expression level was determined 3d after infiltration (A). Subsequently, infiltrated leaves (EV or OE398) were inoculated with S. sclerotiorum.
