WT, MKK3−/− and MKK6−/− osteoclast RNA was isolated and subjected to qPCR using gene-specific primer probe sets (n = 3/group). Expression of NFATc1, cFos, Cathepsin K, OSCAR and MMP9 was significantly lower in MKK3−/− but not MKK6−/− cells, compared with WT.
