Caco2 cells were pretreated with anti-PTEN-siRNA for 24 h prior to the addition of anti-miR-221. D0 and Dq were determined by standardized software, and the sensitization enhancement ratio (SER) was calculated by determining the ratio of the D0 of the control group vs treated cells.
