Representative liver sections from mice fed high-carbohydrate diet (HCD), fish oil-based lipid emulsion (FOLE), and soybean oil-based lipid emulsion (SOLE). Liver sections were stained with Oil Red O for intracellular lipid and photographed at ×400 magnification.
