For the pulse sequence in (B), the 13C carrier frequency is placed in the center of the spectral window for DARR (100ppm). SPECIFIC-CP is achieved by a phase modulated pulse on 13C that effectively changes the offset to 13Cα (64ppm) for the first transfer and to C′ (178ppm) for the second transfer.
