Effect of BFE on cytokine production by mouse primary splenocytes in vitro. Mouse splenocytes were inoculated in 5 % FBS-RPMI 1640 medium containing 5 μg/mL of Con A and various concentrations of BFE and cultured for 48 h. Control (closed circle) was supplemented with distilled water instead of BFE. Results are represented as the mean ± SD of three independent measurements.
