DAR61454 Cluster 1 represents the T6SS cluster found in most Xanthomonas spp. genomes and Cluster 2 appears to be specific to DAR61454 and rice infecting isolates. Orthologous genes are color coded according to their cluster of orthologous groups of proteins (COG) classification in the annotated genomes. Color coding is an approximate of that used by Boyer et al. [30]. Gene numbers at the extremities of the clusters are shown but other numbers are omitted for ease of viewing. In DAR61454 Cluster 1 genes A989_06178 and A989_06183 (COG3519) and Cluster2 genes A989_05968 and A989_05973 (COG3501) were on either side of scaffold gaps and have been fused in this image as they appear to be parts of the same genes.
