(A) Levels of caspase-8, -9, and -3 cleavage were determined in FSDC via immunoblot analysis at the indicated time-points following treatment with two different NF-κB inhibitors (Compound A and IKKiVII). β-actin was used as a positive control. (B) Immunofluorescence shows an increase in the levels of cleaved caspase-3 (red) in FSDC after 5-hour treatment with 10 μM Compound A. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
