C3H10T1/2 cells were transfected with either empty (pcDNA3.1) or Hoxc8-expression vector (pcDNA3.1-Hoxc8) with different concentrations and were harvested after 48 h. Total RNA was isolated and RT-PCR was performed. PCR amplification was carried out using specific primers described in the materials and methods section. The protein level of Hoxc8 was also confirmed by Western blot analysis (see bottom).
