The vector (A-I, II, III, and IV) and AtSUMO1 (B-I, II, III, and IV) over-expressing transgenic seedlings were grown for 7 days in liquid culture media under continous light at 24℃, and exposed to a 30 min-heat shock at 39℃. For isoelectric focusing, a total of 170 μg proteins were loaded onto pH 4-7L IPG strips (18 cm) followed by SDS-PAGE on 12% gel and silver staining. Arrow heads indicate the various putative SUMO modified proteins.
