Expression of APX genes is elevated in DREB2C overexpressors. (A) Expression of nine Arabidopsis APX genes in DREB2C overexpressors was analyzed by RT-PCR using gene-specific primers (Supplementary Table 1). Arabidopsis Actin2 (At3g18780) and Tublin8 (At5g23860) were used as constitutively-expressed controls. Total RNA was isolated from 2-week-old plants (wt, 35S: DREB2C-a, and 35S:DREB2C-c).
