CORT induced NPY and reelin protein production in the MLO-Y4 cells. The band intensities (A) were quantified with densitometry (B, C), which showed the expression of both proteins remained at the basal level at 1 h, but significantly increased from 3 to 24 h. RU486 partially reversed the CORT-induced NPY expression and abrogated the increased reelin expression.
