Association of LYAR with nucleolin. (A) Interaction between endogenous LYAR and nucleolin in the testis. Immunoprecipitation of LYAR and nucleolin was performed in testicular lysates, and coprecipitated proteins were subjected to immunoblotting with the anti-LYAR and anti-nucleolin antibodies.
