Sumoylation of NZFP is required for binding to TBP. 293T cells were transfected with vectors expressing HA-TBP and NZFP-Flag or triple mutant-Flag. Cell extracts were immunoprecipitated using anti-Flag antibody. The whole cell extract (WCE) and bound proteins were analyzed by Western blotting using anti-HA antibody (upper) or anti-Flag antibody (lower) as the primary antibody.
