Effect of S100A8/A9 on MMPs expression. Cells were treated with 1 μg/ml S100A8/A9 (A89) for 24 h in the presence or absence of 10 μM SB203580 (SB) and 5 μM Bay and then total RNA of cells extracted. mRNA expression of MMP2 and MMP12 were evaluated by real-time RT-PCR.
