CX-4945 inhibits the expression of osteoclast differentiation markers and Akt phosphorylation. (A) The effect of CX-4945 on the RANKL-induced expression of molecules related to osteoclast differentiation was evaluated by qRT-PCR. The effects of CX-4945 on the protein expression of NFATc1 (B) and the phosphorylation of Akt (C) were evaluated by Western blot analysis. CX-4945 was used at 3 μM.
