Stimulation of innate immune activity by rhMOG. TLR and NOD2 stimulatory activity of rhMOG was tested in HEK293 cell lines stably transfected with human TLR2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 or NOD2. Cell lines were incubated with a dose titration of rhMOG. Positive controls comprised stimulation with the specific TLR and NOD2 ligands.
