Effect of all tested antidepressants (ADs) when given alone on cell viability of glia cultures. 4-weeks old glia cells were treated with ADs: imipramine (Imi), fluoxetine (Flu), citalopram (Cit), reboxetine (Reb), mirtazapine (Mirt), and tianeptine (Tian) at concentrations from 0.01 to 10 μM.
