Diversity indices for nursing homes 15, 18, 22, and 25 were excluded from the figure, as these nursing homes had spa type data on less than 10 isolates. Diversity indices with nonoverlapping 95% CIs were considered significantly different (P < 0.05). The nursing home-specific proportions of t008 among all spa types have been previously reported (55).
