AUC and P values were generated from the ROC analysis of every metric described in Materials and Methods section (n = 20). Metrics were grouped by methods: statistically, physiologically, and PRM voxel-based approaches. Only PRMrCBV- metrics, using either the Gd-VOI or the FLAIR-VOI and every time mid-treatment, show a statistically significant ROC analysis.
