(A) Density of triply co-localized GluN1, GluA2 and drebrin clusters was quantified from 20 μm dendrite segments sampled from DIV10 to DIV26 neurons grown with APOE2, APOE3 or APOE4 glia. (B) ‘Immature’ spine density was obtained by subtracting the density of triply co-localized GluN1, GluA2 and drebrin clusters from the density of drebrin clusters at each time point per apoE isoform. Significance differences defined as described for Figure 2.
