The effect of PTEN overexpression on activation of PI3-K-Akt-GSK3β pathway in lung fibroblasts. Cellular protein was collected from lung fibroblasts treated with 1 μM bpV(phen) for 0.5 h before exposure of the cells to LPS and transfected with PTEN overexpression vector for up to 72 h.
