(A and B) WT-R26YFP and Traf3Treg-KO-R26YFP (KO) mice (8 wk old) were immunized with SRBCs, and 10 d later, the frequency of TFR cells (CXCR5+PD-1+YFP+CD4+) in the spleen was assessed by flow cytometry.
