The effect of KGF and Dex on wild-type (WT) and Prdx6 null mouse ATII cell survival from oxidative stress. Comparison of survival rates for WT (A) or Prdx6 null (B) cells after treatment with indicated concentrations of tBOOH for 24 h were measured by the neutral red assay.
